Mail notification

Dear All,

We need to send a mail notification to the owner of the project when the budget tolerance limits are being reached. How can this be configured. Please help.

1. You have to define budget profile in OPS9.

In budget profile you have to activate avalability control Activation type 1, by ticking overall & release indicatory you can activate availability control as per your requirement.

2. Define Tolerance limit. customization action give 2, give some usage say 90 % against your conntrolling area and budget profile.

3. In project give the perosnal responsible.
