Hi Linda Li,
While configuration, the both corrections will have their respective transaction types urgt - SDHF
normal SDMN copy those to Z-transaction types.
Similarly there are different standard action profiles available for each them and customize to your requirement.
From the cofig perspective there is not much difference.

U corr are high priority or changes which are required ASAP so they move across the satellite landscape irrelevant the phas of maintenance cycle.
Where as
N corr are those which moves as per the phase of the maintenance cycle.

Hi,
As the name suggests, u'gent corrections are those changes which you want to apply immediately (in ITIL terms 'Emergency Correction'). This will require less approval procedure and can be applied as a single correction with its unique features.
In the case of a normal correction, this will get applied to the system based on your release plan. That can be one week or month depends on the customer requirement. You can bunch a set of normal correction and release them to the production in a specified time.
