When the users in SRM/EBP system were created, they had an expiry/valid to date for the user account set for 30.10.2009. The positions in the Org Structure were created using users_gen based on the user account from SU01 - 'Create users from existing SU01 users'.
The positions created were valid until 30.10.2009. Subsequently, the user accounts were modified to extend the valid to dates. The current validity dates for accounts is 31.12.9999.
However the positions expired on 30.10.2009 and hence users are no longer part of Org Structure. For all these users the validity of the positions needs to be extended.
This needs to be done quickly and currently we are looking for options to perform this action on multiple positions at one go.
