Sales order document flow - which item category to choose?

Hi,

I do not have a great deal of knowledge about which item categories do what so I'm hoping someone can help with this problem:

Single sales order (standard type OR)

line 1 - TAN item category - fully priced, produces MRPO demand, delivered, billed

line 2 - ??? item category - fully priced, produces no MRP demand, not delivered, BUT appearing on the same billing document as line 1

Is there are any item category that will do this and will I need to make any other changes to get both items on the same billing document?

TAD (Service) or TAX Item category seems to meet your requirement.
