Cheque printer is printing job info along with cheque

Hi all,

We have configured new printer in SAP and have print queue is OS also. we have the cheque printed fine but additionally we are getting print job info in next page.

I have informed the OS team to turn off Banner from OS and printer settings in SPAD also do not have cover page option to print, still job info is printing.

Please suggest which option i have to turn off for printer getting job info while printing cheques.

Is this the payment summary log? Check the variant for the print program. This is usually program RFFOUS_C for checks. There is a checkbox on the selection screen for "Print Payment Summary". Uncheck it and save the variant.

Hi,

The printer is a HP printer and banner is turn on the printer.

http://<IPaddress of the printer> , we can get the property page -> go to Netwotk and disable Banner..
