Report showing Open Orders and Open deliveries

Hi all,

i need a report that shows open orders - whether with subsequent delivery or not.

Is there such a report?

Hi all,

I would like a report that shows both the order number and the delivery number (if created as subsequent document to an order).

VF04 is good but it does not show order #

Ideas?

Hi,

Use the T.Code "VA05/VA05N".

It gives you both orders.

VF04 contains the sales document number.

Change the layout.

Sales document is the eightth column from the first.

Even if you want some other data,we have to go for customer report.

For this ask your ABAPer.

You are right.....difficult to find a open order report with Bill to and payer on it. You can try adding this Bill to field to VA05....

Still want to see a report for open orders and open orders with subsequent deliveries.

However the report has to be for payer not sold to and should show item levels.

I guess it sounds more and more as a customizing job unless someone knows of a SAP standard report that can provide such info.

Hi,

Goto the T.Code VA05/VA05n T.Code.In this T.Code select the option as "Open orders".

Execute.

It will give you all the orders that are open means doesn't have any subsequent orders.

Goto the T.Code "VF04".

In this select the check box "Delivery related".

Execute.

It gives you all the orders which have delivery but doesn't have any billing document.
