Transfer of old EWA Reports

Hello,

does anybody know a way how to transfer old EWA reports from one solution manager into another ? I've checked the "save services" button but I'm not able to put it into a transport request within this "archive queue".

Any hint is highly appreciated.

Hi,

If you have installed a new Solman system (not upgrade from a lower version of Solman), then It is not possible to move EWA reports from one Solman to another.

thanks for your reply.

Yes, we built a new solman from scratch and wanted to transfer all the data needed.

I nearly thought we'd not be able to transfer the EWA. So we'll have to do the download-an-backup-to-cd solution.
