Hi ,
I am trying to display a webpage in my webdynpro for java application. Which UI element should be used , please help .
I am using SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio SAP Enhancement Package 1 for SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio 7.1where iframes are not available and i dont want to use link to url as well . Is there any way i can display a webpage for eg : google in my webdynpro application itself.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Anumeha.
In general I think you have posted your question in the wrong forum. This forum is for Web Dynpro ABAP, not Web Dynpro Java. Web Dynpro Java has its own forum.
But here is some advice that applies to both environments. The iFrame was deprecated and removed from both WDA and WDJ. However it will return in the future (it returns to WDA next year in 7.02 - I believe that it returns to WDJ in CE 7.20). The offical solution is to use the NetWeaver Portal and have two separate iViews in a Portal Page. This is how you combine together the two applications. They can communicate together using portal eventing.
