Attribute value has to be changed

Hello all,

I have a requirement in R/3 one of the customer email address changed recently and it should replicate in BW.

When i checked in BW this attribute is Display attribute and when i checked in /BIo/pcustomer and /BI0/xcustomer it is showing old value. (means in time independent master data table and time independent navigation attribute table)

Could you please give suggestion how to forward further to get new email id in BW.

Hi Naveen,

Do a full load of 0customer_attr and then do the apply hier/attribute change for 0customer. This would make the latest value appear.

After changing the data in R/3 have you loaded the master data in BW from R/3..

If not try to reload the Master data , it will fix problem..

Hi Naveen,

You have to refresh the data in BW to get the new data either delta or full.

How frequently your master data will get refreshed...??
