Service Master Replication--ECC to SRM

Hi All,

we maintained the service master in AC03 and condition record in ML33 .We run the R3AS for the object = SERVICE_MASTER(R/3 SERVICE_MASTER).and cheked in the COMMPR01 .

The service was replicated in this. but when we gone to create a Service PO in portal with that material it is taking the material but not populating the Price automatically. We are not able to get what the issue is.

is we missed some setting or configration?

Hi

When you replicate Material master or Service Mate, the conditions mainatained in Back end will not replicate automatically. Price conditions to be maintained in SRM - COMMPR01

Hi

In transaction "COMMPR01", once you select the material in the right side part you will find a tab "conditions". There you can enter condition type and enter the price for the product. Either you can directly enter the product price or else you can choose to enter for a particular vendor. After saving this, try to create shopping cart, there this price should get populated.

Could you please tell me how do you were able to create shopping carts with service materials? What configuration have you done in ECC and SRM systems?
