Costing is not showing in billing document

I have issue in billing docments that, some of the billing documents are not showing Cost, done PGI, accounting suceesfully

also how cost is deriving in billing document

VPRS is the condition type for cost which will have the following:

a) In V/08, the subtotal column should have B and requirement 4. Also the box for statistical should have been selected

b) In VOV7, the box Determine Cost should have been selected

Based on the above settings, the cost will flow in sale order from material master Accounting1 tab, which will then be passed on to billing.
