Dear all,
Please give advice regarding, we have made finished material and kept in stock , due to some problem we want it to sent to new customer and he requires in addition to regular test 3 more test and a new COA to be generated.
How to attend to this scenario and moreover these things happen frequetly

You can make it 2 ways
1) Create multiple inspection plan based on the customer (material allocation to the customer) so that the mic get attached to the inspection lot based on the customer requirement . Certificate profile will anyway consist of the mics required for the customer
2) Make one inspection plan for all the cusomters. Input all the mic and make those mic optional which is cusomter dependent. so only if required you do the result recording and otherwise you leave it

Hi Venu,
Here are the few things need to be done.
1. Create Quality plan with different group counter,assign the MIC in it, which the new customer need in inspection.Create the quality profile and Assign the MIC which you need on Quality certificate,which will go with delivery of good.
2. Create the Inspection lot manually when delievery need to be done.
