Support Desk Message - Text Determination Procedure

Hi,

I want to edit the Text Description 'Reply' in support message header'Description*'.

What is the process for the same ?

Hello PK,

Am I right that you want to change the description for 'Reply' to 'Answer', for example?

If yes - then you can do it this way:

SPRO -> Sap Solution Manager -> Scenario-Specific Settings -> Service Desk -> Service Desk -> Text Determination Procedure -> Define Text Objects and Text Types

Choose Text Objects and IDs - Change -> CRM_ORDERH - Double click -> SU01 - Change.

Hi,

I dont think you can edit the 'Reply' text. If you want you can delete that or you can create a new one. But if you select the text ID as SU01, the description will be 'Reply' only. Its hard coded.

If want to create ur own text

goto spro

sap solution manager->scenario specific settings->servic desk>text determination procedure

Hope it solve ur problem
