Hi,

Can you please let us know what changes you did before the system raises this dump.

Did you check for any space issues? Did you check for any entries in the

system log Tx SM21?

Did you install the latest interim patches for 10.2.0.2? If no, then I'd do that before the system is harmed more.

As you can see - the error is pretty obvious. Your filesystem is full.

Interim patches should be ALWAYS installed. Especially a fix for 10.2.0.2 is necessary to prevent the database from doing block corruptions.

OK we r downloading intrim patches then after we apply that.

But the strange thing is that all drives have more than 50GB free space avaliable ..................

good!

Then you may have problems on your storage backend. You may also have already run into certain corruptions. Check the windows event log also for possible pointers to storage problems.

then after somtimes 5-10 min the db will automatically shutdown ....

a transaction of user ABAPDEV was cancelled. Check the SAP syslog.

> we stuck this is comming time and again

so that user is cancelling transactions again and again.

> unable to download patches due to slow connection

Check again your filesystem, the free space is misleading if you e. g. use compressed directories (never compress disks on a SAP server).

Markus

a transaction of user ABAPDEV was cancelled. Check the SAP syslog.

all users r locked,

SAP syslog is

SAP-Basis System: Transaction Canceled 00 560 ( ABAPDEV 650 )

Background processing: Failed to activate authorization check for user ABAPDEV

Check again your filesystem, the free space is misleading if you e. g. use compressed directories (never compress disks on a SAP server).

we checked no drive is in compression mode all drive are OK

plz suggest me something more ..................our PRD is DOWN
