what is mean of black cross in Network graphic view ?

Hi experts,

in the network graphic view, if the activity is in black frame , and with a big black cross , what is mean for that ?

I can see the status of this one is : CNF MCNF REL SETC

that means that the activity is confirmed

if there is only one diagonal line then it means that it has been started - meaning there is some confirmation but not final
