Default to "All Items" radio button in UWL

Hi Experts,

Need help on defaulting the readio button from My items to "All items" in Universal Workflow Inbox

when we create a Substituion Rule ,we get 3 radio buttons which reads My items,On behalf-of items and All items

By default my items radio button is selected.Is there a way we can default the radio button selection to all items.

Any help on this will be appreciated.
