Dear Experts,
Can anyone tell me the difference between Owner and Controller in SPM? I find the features for both users the same..

The Owner of an ID is responsible for assigning privileged access to users (who will be allowed to use an ID).
He also assigns a Controlller to that user. The Controller should be close to the business and able to understand the users actions. The controller needs to read the log files and verify tthat the user used the SPM ID in a proper manner.
