SAP LANGUAGE PACK

Hi,

I want to install french language and latin languages in our sap server.I search for the Language pack on Sap portal (http:
service.sap.com),but i am unable to find any link to download the Language pack.Also can any body tellme the step on how to goahead with a SAP language install on a exsiting system.

Hi, see the SAP note 330104 - there is a guide where and how to find the coresponding language packs.

The language packs are included on separate DVD's within the install disks. Did you look through the install media for these?

I got the language pack on a DVD.Its a .pat file.How to import this file in sap.

To import the .pat file you can either upload it from Frontend or copy it to server and upload.

You also need to download SPs for all the components in your system since the time of installation.

If this is brand new system, this is not required. If not, download SPs for your components .
