Problems with NW 7.0 Installation (MaxDM doesn't show up)

Hi,

I just installed NetWeaver 7.01 but i didn't get the MaxDB after the installation. The whole Installation take 5 min ?!?!?! and there wasn't any sapdb Folder in C:/ after it!!!

Do You know where the Problem can be?

Hi

Open services from command prompt ,and check the startup type of MAX DB , do it automatic .

Hi,

yes i did but there isn't anything in the installation logs. The Installation of the NW 7.0 is ok.I get the C:/SAP Folder,but I don't get the MaxDB installed (the C:/sapdb Folder)!

Hi~

I think you need to check that you installed the MAXDB which is included in the installation package.

1. Unzip the installation file to a folder,

2. You will find the setup file.

[=>Your installed folder\CompEnv\MAXDB_WINDOWS_I386\SDBSETUP.exe]
