Spool request not generated through VF03 or VF02

Hello All,

User is not able to generated spool request from transaction vf03 or vf02.

User doesn't select print immediately option. when clicked on print system shows output was successfully issued.

But In SP01 user is not able to see spool request generated.

Steps for Reconstruction

Step1. go to VF03 T Code and Enter invoice number.

Step2. Click on Billing document and Issue output to.

Step3 Click on Print Options and select release after output

Step4 Click on Execute and click on Print.

Step5: System displays output was successfully executed.

Step6: In transaction SP01 under the user id no spool request is

displayed.

All neccessary authorization are given to the user.

Hi,

Please check the defaults tab in SU01 of that particular and see if Delete After Output is checked. If it is then uncheck the same and also please let us know whether you are the getting the prinout from the printer.

Hi,

Once i faced similar issue in another tcode, spool request was generated but it will be deleted without printing output.

It was fixed when i unchecked the checkbox Delete after printing while selecting printer Dont know will it help or not

output was successfully executed

means, it had reated spool request.

Try to check in SP02 also.
