Currency conversion from IDR to EUR failed

Hi Friends,

We are working SRM5.0 Extended Classic Scenario

While creating a Purchasing Order with Currency IDR - Indonesian Rupiah; Received the following Error message

Currency conversion from IDR to EUR failed. Then i have verified in TCURR table table (In both Backend & SRM system) - NO issue.

Remarks:

i have created PO with curreny in SAP (R/3) without issue but not able to create in SRM.

we already replicated all currency conversation to SRM from SAP (R/3). (IDR TO EUR & EUR to IDR)

Can any one Help on regarding this issue.

Hi

What is the vendor currency in SRM and ECC?

are you creating sc and PO ?

Are creating PO directly in SRM via purchaser id ?

what is the attribue currency in org structure?

are you running excharate and currency job ?

what are the entry for tcurr table? for idr and eur

for eg for yesterday date

in tcurr

from currency IDR

to currency EUR

how many entries are there in the table

There is one entry is missing as direct quatation in SPRO (SRM)and after adding Its solved.
