Deat All,

What exactly is User Exit. What is its applications. Please give details with examples in QM Prospective.

Hi

About User Exit you will get more information from ABAP forum but I will tell you in simple terms ,

UserExits are the STD sap functionality where subroutine invoked by a software package for a predefined event in the execution of the package

Like in QM you don't want UD to be taken till You have done Result Recording or some check

then yiu can use QEVA0010 UD: Usage decision check.

This will allow you to have control on UD

User exit are R/3 enhancement concept that allows you to add your own functionality to SAPu2019s standard business applications without having to modify the original applications. it gives option of putting your control
