SPL XML update help

Hi all,

I had classified positive and negative lists for business partners. Now when i update the SPL XML lists and if one of the positive partners in my existing classification has become a SPL as per the new XML update, how should i handle this scenario? will i have to run the ckecks again or will the system while update rechecks everuything?

Also please walk me what would be the impact on the GTS system when we carry out SPL XML list update from data providers.

Also what precautions should be taken...

Hi Raj,

As you upload a new SPL XML lists, you should check business partners with the updated lists.

This you can do in:-

GTS Area Menu  SAP Compliance Management  Sanctioned Party List Screening  (Logistics tab) Check against Updated Sanctioned Party List

For the present Business Partners, you have to check the data and documents with the updated lists.

For any new updates on master data or documents, the system will automatically perform the tasks.
