No dialog box new change request workcenter

Hi all,

i noticed that our workcenters doesn't work very well.

when i am at change management in workcenter, there is a link 'new change request'. when i click at the link there pop-ups a screen too choose a transaction type. when i press at OK, nothing happens. it looks like that the system tries to open a screen but then it will close directly.

the pop-up blocker is turned off.

does anyone know what happens here and how i can fix it?

I fixed the problem by myself.

the table AGS_WORK_CUSTOM was empty.

i filled the table with cm_request_create_wd_gui and message ENABLE.

now it works.
