Credit Management

Hi,

I am having a issuse in Credit management, when ever I am maintaining a credit master for a particular customer and assigning the Risk Category system is not updating the values in the master but when i am creating a sales order system is giving the message with how much amount Credit has exceeded but the same value is not updating in the master.

Looking forward for the solution at the earliest.

Dear Sudhakar,

Credit master record will update once the document will be saved depending on the settings you have maintained in the OVA8.

Please clarify did you save the document or system is not allowing you to save the document. moreover whether its dynamic or static credit check.
