Hi
Try adding the server name, server IP in the Host file on the system.
This is one of the step needed to activate the Web Application services

You can try to reset service by "Administration - ICM Server "

Vikas,
Please activate the required services in SICF.
Go to SICF
Open up the link for SAP , right click on the same and select 'Activate'.. It is better to activate all services right now than troubleshoot later.

Vikas,
What you could do is..
1. check the port , if it is the same as configured in BW and that the port is opened for IE access
2. Enable trace on the ICF Service and check the same
These are usually done by BASIS and they would deal with the same.
Another option , open SE80 , go to MIME repository , select BSP Applications and open tutorial1 ( this is a standard tutorial given by SAP) , execute it
If any services are not open , it usually means that the service required is not active , however if you are able to see the hello world properly , you should check the port settings.
