What is Mail Server Polling.... How to do that.... i got this link : </people/mark.finnern/blog/2004/08/10/spread-the-love but its not working... please help me

"Time interval after which e-mails are called on the server."

in the sender mail adapter you can set the time (in minutes) after which the mailbox will be check for any new mails and if found they will be sent to the XI
