check printing is damaged with CERTEX Model 3200

Hi colleagues,

Usually the checks are printed on an Epson 2190, but the company bought a signer machine, certification and protector of checks (CERTEX Model 3200), this connect the unit between the computer and printer, but the printer must be configured as a "generic", there began to print checks wrong, remove all spaces, with or without the machine.
