Maintain Rule: PFAC- 13200137 Why ?

Hi Friends,

For support team determination we use T-Code: PFAC & Rule- 13200137

Why we need to choose only 13200137 & why not other rules?

Why we use this particular Rules?

Hi Praveen,

This is SAP Delievered rule for Support team determination in service desk.

If required you can use any other rule or can create your own zrule

Thanks. So as you mentioned I can create my own Rule for support desk also, without going for 13200137. or Is it compolsary to use SAP Provided to Rule for support desk

Yes you understood correctly

If your req is not met with standard rule then you need to create another zrule.
