Unable to log in

Dear all,

After installing SAP ECC 6.0, I tried to log in. But neither of sap* and ddic usernames and passwords accepted. After too many attempts the ddic user locked. What must I do for the solution?

Hi,

If you have default setting for login/failed_user_auto_unlock parameter (= 1), SAP* will be unlocked the next day after locking date.

or login to DB and use command

DELETE FROM USR02 WHERE MANDT&H000 AND BNAME='

SAP*';
