Hi All,
I am facing an issue while determining the support team. After creation of support message, support team is not appearing in the in the support team filed.

Hi,
Did u configure the action for support team in ur Action profile propery
what is there in the log of the action...inside the ticket in transaction data->action tab for support team rule
Pls check this blog ...if u hav not done settings for support team
