samplying procedure- 1 out of 1 batch

Hi, during recieving inspection we need to test 1 part out of 1 batch. some times the batch qty is 200 pcs and some times it is 300 pcs. all the time the batch qty varies. and for some products, we need to test 100 % inspection. please advise what are the steps required to map and implement this scenarios? thank you.

As I understand from Your Querry

Either use sampling Type = Fixed sampling

or

You can use Percenarge sampleing where % =1 %

If I understand correctly then you want to test 1 part our of 1 batch.

So you can use sampling procedure to map this. In sampling procedure use sampling type = fixed sample and sample size = 1.

So system will consider 1 qty as sampling with ref to 1 batch.
