Value updation in excise invoice table

Hi Gurus

I am doing CIN implementation now. I created the domestic excise invoice properly and the value is coming properly and is also updating in the table correctly. But when i do the export scenario, the BED,Ecs and SHecs values are coming in J1iin. But when i save, the value is not getting updated in the J_1IEXCHDR table. And as a result of that i am not getting any value in ARE 1. when i checked the table J_1IEXCHDR, no value exists for BED,Ecs and SHecs.

Please advice
