Guys,
Need to know change log for network activities.(NWA was assigned to other WBSe and later changed to other WBSe)
I have already checked in CN60, CNS60,CNS47 but no luck.
Please suggest some tables or tcode where I can see.

Please maintain Change Document indicator in OPUV Customization node and then changes can be seen in CN60 T CD

once OPUV is activated for change management, the change is not retrospective - means it will apply only for future changes
Have you maintained the change documents indicator in the parameters for network type (OPUV)? Maintain it for the network type you are using. I am able to see the changes in CN60 transaction in my system for the example you have given.
