IDM Self-service Taks are Not Loaded for Users

HI Peers,

We Installed IDM 7.1 but when we try to login the we are getting message " Could not get tasks for user".We created the Users and we assigned all the manager privellages ,and also provided the tasks with the accessabililty as all identity Users.

ToDo,Manage tabs are displayed but the Entries and Taks are not displayed...

We assume we installed UMI with the right Database as it is able to validate the UME user with IDM Data Store User and display the Manage privelleages tabs .dont know why the application strugling to Load the entries/tasks from IDM Data centre..

we got only a single Identity Store.

Problem was with the Oracle driver.
