unristricted stock to qi stock transfer problem

Dear sll,

in my plant finshed goods ware activated with quality for despatch . at the time of stock transfer with movement type 311 some time stock goes to qualityy stock . but some times it didn't go to quality inspection stock (i.e. it was directly goes to unrestricted stock with the defined batch.

please give me the solution for this issue.

Hello Madhu,

have you maybe set a DMR and a Dynamic Modification Level to the plan?

Take a look at the Plan header or in Process plans look at the QM data in the header.

Usually if you have set up something there you would get that behaviour.

Another thing you could check is if you have maybe assigned different plans for the ammount produced and if maybe an Inspection characteristic is assigned to one of these plans. Control key QMnn.

In this specific case I would need more information.

that what my problem some times it was created lot in quality ( i. e. stock shows in mmbe in qulaity stock) , some times it was directly goes to fgstock .

hi Which T code You are using for stock trnsafer ?

I Presume that you are using 08 Inspection type ,with MB1B t code .

Then whenever stock trnafer will happen ,it has to create Inspection lot.

Make sure the stock type is same in all cases for Mvt type 311.
