qm order for in-process area

Hi, we want to capture the quality appraisal cost at each operation thru qm individual order. but when we select 03 insp type in mat master, there is no individual qm order field in quality view. please advise how to capture quality cost during in-process inspection?

Dear Raju

In 03 inspection , QM orders are not required to book the cost. You can use the production order itself for the cost booking.

You can add the QM activity in any of the workcenters or in the last operatioin and the cost can captured while doing the confirmation of the quantity

Dear Gajesh, in that case how to calculate the cost related to quality activities or quality work centers SEPERATELY (only)?

Hi

To capture the cost of Qulity In the same you can add one more operation with Quality work center & quality HRs.

or

You may do the activity booking seperatly in KB21n .Here you can defin your own activity type like LBSH as QLHR

this will help you to diferentiate the activity hrs spend by quality person.
