I like to know what is relation between CTS+ and PI 7.1

For PI7.1, CTS+ is the recommended transport mechanism....as it helps in transport of both ABAP and JAVA objects.

Now ABAP objects include proxies, alerts....JAVA objects include IR and ID objects

means how tpz files of PI 7.1 will be tranported with CTS+

In CTS+ files are not actually generated.

You can check this How to guide on CTS+ with PI7.1:

http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/index?rid=/library/uuid/20ccd0ec-2839-2b10-0097-828fcd8ed809&override...

Hi All,

Suppose my source system is A and Dest system is B

In System A For non abap objects ( like IR, ID) I got CTS+ Request Number like PB0001and PB0002

and attach to it to my different IR and ID tpz files

Now I imported the Request Number PB0001 and PB0002 in System B

When I click on Find Transports I can see my tpz files but there is no Request Number PB0001 and PB0002 cloumn.

How will I track that.

Can I also see my Request Number PB0001 and PB0002 cloumns with my tpz files.

Pls suggest if my understanding is correct
