Hi,
We have created one project on April 2009 and it will be closed on Dec-2010. I need to plan some Plan Expenses for this Project
Kindly help me - how can i plan expenses for one project in the system.
It will be a great help for me if anyone can provide sime inputs

Hi Kishore,
There are numerous ways in which you can plan costs/expenditures for a project. This depends on what type of costs/expensitures you want to plan. I am just jotting down the basic methods. In case you want to plan for material procurement you can do so by attaching the matl componenent to the relevant activity and then create a PR/PO and proceed further.
In case you want to plan costs like insurance, travel etc you can use the General Costs activity with the relevant cost element and plan the costs accordingly in the project.
Also suggest you to refer the Help files under the PS module. This will give you a detailed description.
