was installing ECC 6.0 dual stack with portal
threw an error at creation of SLD
ERROR :

Hi,
As you are installing a new system, first make sure that the SAP system does work on the specified host and service. Check that the hostname and IP-address and service number is correct.
Please ensure that the correct service number is contained in the etc/services file on the machine. For more information on the configuration of the services file see note 52959.

Check whether you are able to telnet port 3300 on server.
IF not , check whether abap stack running or not .

Maintain hosts entries in the host file. It is not recommened to have dual stacks for SAP Business suits.
