error in displaying overview data in pa20(SAP HR)

hi

i am new to this forum.

we recently upgraded our HR system from 4.6c to ECC 5.0.In the upgraded version,i am finding an error in pa20.In PA20,for a particular personal no.,when i am trying to see the overview of data for infotype '0',i am getting a blank screen,where as i can see the data in the display section individually.

i am having this problem only with infotype '0'.

anyhelp in this regard wud be appreciated.

i did try the way,u said,but it didn't work.but it was a helpful answer.

do u think,i can go with creating a customer message for OSS notes,as i am not able to work with any other OSS notes.

Hi,

Please let me know the answers to these questions:

1. Did you run the report RPUEVSUP in the IMG step for Additional Actions?

2. Is the switch ADMIN-EVSUP in table T77S0 is active?

3. Check tables PA0000 and PA0302 and tell me which table has the actions data?

This information may help me in giving you some more inputs.

Check the IT0302 (Addition Actions) settings in IMG:

Personnel Management > Personnel Administration > Customizing Procedures > Actions > Set up personnel actions > Activation 'Additional Actions'.
