SAP MMC x64 Snap-In fails for Vista Business 64

Hi Experts,

I have donwloaded and tried both 64 bit MMC files here: [original link is broken] without any like. I get the message: "The installtion package could not be opened. Contact the application vendor that this is a valid installer package".

Can anyone help?

NB: This is in prep to install the SAPNW 7.01 ABAP Trial.

Still not sure how this can be done, but using Server 2003 x86 on a VM.
