Changing Standard Message CN681 from warning to error

Is it possible to change the standard message Cn681 from warning to error.?

Can some one please let me know how is this done

I think you can use Validation functionality for your requirement and error message can be provided for particular pre-requisite

Check in T Code OBA5 and in application area give CN. I think it is not possible to change this message. As CN is not availalbe there.
