CCMS Alerts working too slowly

Hello, we are trying to use CCMS to keep an eye on any exceptions raised in XI.

We can force a mapping exception and red flag shows up right away in SXMB_MONI. However, it takes about 4 hours for this to change in CCMS and email us.

The EndTime field in SXMB_MONI seems to update every 15 minutes, eventually this stops updating and the alert is generated.

My initial thought was, "the message is retrying and eventually it times out and fails enough to be raised by CCMS" But I don't believe the message is retrying, it must be restarted manually.

Can anyone familiar with CCMS and XI help explain why our exception might show up right away in SXMB_MONI but take hours to be raised through CCMS / Solution Manager?
