Solution Database Problem and Solution Criteria

I was wondering if anybody could provide any guidance on the best way to configure the Problem and Solution criteria for the Solution database. The SAP documentation does not seem very concise as to the best way to classify the Problem Type and Problem Code and Solution Type.

Thanks for the blog. I had already seen this before and it is a good starting point. I was wondering whether anybody had any real life experiences on how best to classify the Problem Types, Problem Codes and Solution Types.

The documentation provided by SAP only provides limited guidance and I was wondering how other people have configured SDB?

Hi

Based upon the scenarion you have to design ur SDB

When you use the action add to SDB the message is added to it

So later on you can search this message is repeated and also comes to know what waas the proposed solution to it.

But how to design is totally upto ur requirement
