Order confirmation output - printout issue

Hi Friends,

It seems I got a very unique problem, There was a salesorder for which an order confirmation output was generated after saving the order. Medium of the Output is fax and there is only one order confirmation, but the thing is customer is receiving number of confirmation copies for the same sales order since last 2 weeks. I have checked and confirm that the check box "Release after output" is checked in the communication method.

Hi,

Can you please check the number of output message you see in sales order?

Is it more than one?

If yes, then can you please check in the config of output, is Multiple issuing is checked?

If yes, please remove.

Please check NAST as well to see how many outputs are triggered for sales order?

Check in Tcode:VV12- Output Condition records.

with Order confirmation output type & execute.

select record - & choose "Communication" button.

I guess, in "Number of messages" value might be entered.

in Automatic Printing, system issues these many no.of messages by default.

Hi,

Check the number of entries in table NAST for this output. In the table you have date and time. The number of object is the number of SO.
