Discount condition is not applying in sales order

Hallo Group,

In my sale sorders the discount condition is not applying neither in header nor in item.

Valid Condition record exists for this discount. This discount was applying untill 16/10 but after that it stopped even though the

condition record wasn't changed atall.

Please let me know what would be the reasons behind it?

well....the condition record for price was not valid, and that was affecting the customer discount even though the contion record was there for discount condition.

But thanks very much for all of yours input.

HI,

Goto the Sales order and click on the ANALYSIS , it will lead you to the Overview screen where you can find the details on why the CONDITION RECORD is missing.

Hi Reaz,

Checked in "ANALYSIS" in Item Conditions- to the respective Discount Condition type.

and the result is, Condition record exists.

the s order created untill 16/10 were fine, but after that only the s orders are stopped fetching up the discount c type.

Checked if any changes (c.record/c.type) has been made, but there were no change at all.

Dear Rahul,

How is Discount Condition determined. i mean what is the basis of picking the Condition Record?

Check the Condition Table & i am sure some of the required Data (which is required for Condition being Determined) is not maintained in Sales Order.

Hi Rahul,

It is quite possible that one of the fields in access sequence has not populated at the time of pricing. Possibly it should have been enetered or populated after pricing has taken place. Please re do pricing and check whether this discount condition is applying or not.

Do revert after carrying out new pricing.

Hallo,

the valid to date is already set up 31.12.9999

also checked if there were any change made, but there were no changes atoll.

Check in "ANALYSIS" in Item Conditions- to the respective Discount Condition type.

if the result is, Condition record exists, but not set.

then go back to Item Conditions screen-

click on "Update"- choose C.

check & revert

Hi,

This can be happen because you condition master record for expired.

To check that go to VK12, enter your condition type

Press enter.

Based on the access sequence, go in to the record.

Check the "Valid To" date there.

If it's expired, change it to a new date with the greater that today's date.

Then try again with a new sales order creation and see.

Go to VK12 select your discount condition with respective Key combination and change the Valid To date as required
