Hi!
I tried to access to the SAP search of customer message on https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/sap/support/pms
and get the following error:
Due to technical reasons SAP does not offer the service in its present form any longer
Does some one has the information whether this service has moved to another site?
If yes, what is the URL?

We have the same prolem : the PMS helped us a lot to provide support to our customers, and now without warning it is gone (and searching in your own messages alone is not a solution)
Any official update on this would be appreciated, as the message seems to indicate it is still available in another form ?

In SAP Support Portal, go to 'my Inbox' located at the top of the page, you can search for customer messages there.

the message search you mention is an entirely different function. One can only search through his/her own messages. Through https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/sap/support/pms ALL messages handled by SAP over the last 5 years can be accessed.
Please check [this document|https://websmp110.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_FRAME=CONTAINER&_OBJECT=011000358700001145612008E] for example, page 22. This service is only available for VAR partners by the way.
At this moment we are in touch with SAP in the Netherlands to resolve the issue of the service not being available anymore. I'll post another response as soon as we receive news from SAP.

Hope you have better luck than us. My response through OSS is already in :
"SAP does not offer the service in its present form any longer. For security related technical reasons SAP pro-actively decided to roll backthis feature. We are evaluating options for an updated offering in the future.
Be reminded that access to SAP Note Search is not impacted and remains as is, providing fast and easy access to SAP Notes."

Hi,
some moments ago I discovered that it is not longer possible to search in old customer messages for solution hints. This function was extremly helpfull, because not all solved problems find their way into an OSS note. I really hope that SAP will offer this service again to its partners.
