Errors in service desk

I have setup service desk and when i create a message I get the following errors in the message.

Enter a sales organisation

Enter a distrubution channel

Enter an organisational unit (sales)

Enter a service organisation

Enter an organisational unit (service)

How can i fix this

Hi

From whr r u posting the ticket from Help->create support message

R u posting direclty in solman or satellite

Have you enter the sold to party Business partner...which is actually an organization BP carrying Division and distribution channel details ( PPOMA_CRM tcode )

Please give more input so that we can help better

Hi

I am creating the message from solman not a satallite system. I have also created the bp for the sold to party and assigned it to the ibase. When the messge comes in to the service desk it fills in the correct sold to party and well as assigns it to the correct support but i am getting those errors listed above.
