Solution Manager 7.0 EHP1 productive client 100 - preparing ?

Hello SDNer,

We just installed a SM 7.0 EHP1 but didnu2019t configure it yet. We would like to use client 100 as our productive client. What are the steps before running SOLMAN_SETUP?

I guess it should be the following:

- create new 100 client and copy over SAP_CUST from 000 into 100

- entry client 100 in RSADMINA u2013 BWMANDT (any further BI configuration needed?)

- and then running SOLMAN_SETUP

Are there any other manual configuration steps needed before running SOLMAN_SETUP?

SOLMAN_SETUP has a guided procedure

All required steps that you have to do as a prerequisite before step a/b/c in SOLMAN_SETUP are linked in SOLMAN_SETUP or explained in there
